How to upgrade a membership

your club are registered correctly.

What is a membership upgrade?

The membership upgrade feature allows clubs to upgrade members to the correct membership.

For example, if a member registers incorrectly as a non-player and they should have a playing membership, the club can upgrade the membership chip to ensure the member is properly registered.

In the table below, we have outlined what memberships can be upgraded for each Association.

How to upgrade a membership

Note: you need to have club admin access on your Foireann account to complete the following steps

1. Log into your Foireann account and navigate to the 'Membership' section.  

2. Search for a member and select the member's name to access their profile, when in the profile go to the 'Membership History' tab.

3. Select the membership chip you want to upgrade and click the 'Upgrade' button, if there are no upgrades available you will see:

4. This shows possible membership upgrades, select the check-box on the option you want to grade to and click 'Next' and 'Confirm Upgrade'

Note: Any additional Association fees required for LGFA or Camogie membership are calculated automatically

5. Memberships that have been upgraded will be marked with the details of the upgrade and have an upward arrow on the chip.
