Overview
Depending on how the HEC has set up their membership options, for the payment of the membership, an HEC can either have the member pay online via 'Stripe Transfer' or offline via the option 'Pay Later In Club'.

This guide will outline how a HEC admin, can review and mark a member's registration as paid.

Marking a member as paid
If a member has selected the offline payment method of 'Pay Later In Club' then the HEC Admin will need to manually review and mark the registration as paid.

1. Navigate to the Membership section.
2. Within the Members tab, find the member in question.
3. Beside their record, there should be a red 'HEC Payment Due' membership chip, as outlined above.
4. Click on the red 'HEC Payment Due' membership chip, and click 'Mark As Paid'.
5. A confirmation pop-up will appear, click 'Confirm'
6. The membership chip will then update to a yellow 'HEC Fees Due' chip, therefore an HEC admin can then finish the registration by paying the relevant fees to the Association.
