How to view tickets assigned to a club in your county

Overview

This is a guide for GAA county admins on how they can view tickets assigned to GAA, LGFA and Camogie clubs in their county.  County admins are able to view the number of tickets allocated to a club, the number of physical tickets and online tickets sold and the number of tickets refunded.

NOTE: Only GAA county admins will be able to view the details of the clubs within their county's performance.  

Along with county admin access, you also must be listed in the county's Executive Committee under the role of 'National Club Draw Officer'

Joining the Executive Committee

1. Log into your Foireann account and navigate to the 'Administration' section on the left-side menu.

2. Click on the 'Edit Executive Committee'

3. Click the 'Assign New Position' button

4. Select the 'National Club Draw Officer' role from the 'Positions' dropdown and select the relevant person to assign the role to from the 'New Assignee' dropdown, where you will be able to search through the list of members in your county.

5. Click the 'Confirm' button to assign the required role and the assignee will be added to the role on the committee.

 

Filtering for draw tickets in your county

6. Once you have the National Club Draw Officer committee position return to the 'Administration' section and go to the ' Draws' tab.

7. Click on the 'Manage Draw'

8. The 'Ticket Overview' shows the total number of physical tickets allocated to GAA, LGFA and Camogie clubs within your county, physical tickets sold, online tickets sold and the total number of tickets sold (physical tickets sold + online tickets sold).

9. You can search for a club or use the 'filter' icon on the right side of the page to apply different filters or search

Some of the filters you can apply include

• Club
• Ticket status
• Tickets sold from - tickets sold to
• Ticket number from - ticket number to
• Ticket type

10. The filters applied in the example below are for the Foireann Davitts club where the ticket status is sold

11. As a county admin, you can view the ticket receipt by clicking the 'View' button

The ticket receipt will appear for both physical and online tickets
