How to Delete your Foireann Account

Overview

This article serves as a guide on how to delete your Foireann account.  You must have a Foireann account (Username and Password to Foireann) to follow the steps below.

Log into your Foireann account and go to 'Profile'

Note: if you are having issues logging into your account see Logging into Foireann

On the 'Profile' page, scroll to the Date of Birth and Phone Number fields and under there, you will see "If you want to delete your account you can submit a request for approval with our support team".

Click 'request for approval'.

A popup box will appear where you must add your reason for the account deletion.

Note: if you have an active instalment plan with your club your account will not be deleted unless the club have confirmed that the monthly subscription can be cancelled.

Deleting your account will not stop monthly instalments for your membership.

If you select 'Other', a text box will appear where you can provide the reason for your account deletion request.

Click 'Confirm' to submit your deletion request.

Once when click the 'Confirm' button a confirmation box will appear to let you know your request has been submitted to the Foireann Support Team.
