Setting Up Media Contacts
Adding Media Contacts
- Go to Communications > Media Contacts
- Click the Add button
- Fill in the 'Name of Contact', 'Contact Email(s)' and 'Contact Acronym' fields.
- Select the options that are required.

Note - 'Compact Version' is selected if the recipient has set up a system to receive the information in this format. (it is not human readable, as it is a string of information separated by semi-colons) It has been set up for use by a specific media recipient but can be used by others.
- Click Finish
Add Media Contact
Delete Media Contacts
- Go to Communications > Media Contacts
- Tick the check box beside the contact you want to delete
- Click the Delete button
Setting Up Automatic Tasks
Adding a New Automatic Task / Scheduled Email
- Go to Communications > Scheduled Emails
- Click Add
- Step 1 - Add Scheduled Email
- Fill in the name for the task
- Select from the 'Type' by clicking the appropriate radio button and then from the dropdown list, you can choose the type of information to be sent:
- Fixture & Results Report
- Fixtures (next 7 days)
- Results (last 7 days)
- Results since last email
- Match Official SMS Report
- Results Updates Received
- Availability Responses Received
- Both
- Fixture & Results Report

Step 1 - Add Scheduled Email
- Select whether or not the task will be active.
- Click Next
- Step 2 - Add Date and Time
- Select how the Emails are to be ordered i.e. by competition or date
- Select a day and time the email is to be sent

Note - To add more then one time to the email click the '+' button in the right most column of the the day/time table
- Click Next
Step 2 - Add a Date and Time
- Step 3 - Add Competitions
- Select the type of competition the email will be sending information on
- Select the gender of the teams
- Click Next
Step 3 - Add Competitions
- Step 4 - Add / Select Contacts
- Tick the relevant checkboxes in the left table
- Click the Add button in between the two tables
- The contacts with the checked boxes should now be removed from the left table and appear in the right table
- To remove a contact from the contact list (right table) which the email is to be sent to - check the checkbox beside the relevant contact and click the remove button
- Click finish
Step 4 - Select / Add Contact
NOTE:- The Media contact will receive an attached RTF (Rich Text Format) document of all the corresponding Fixtures/Results/League Tables so that they can easily copy and paste into any other text editor
Deleting an Automatic Task / Scheduled Email
- Go to Communications > Scheduled Emails
- Check the checkbox beside the task you want to delete
- Click Delete
Activate / Deactivate Automatic Tasks / Scheduled Emails
- Go to Communications > Scheduled Emails
- Check the check box beside the appropriate task
- Click the Activate / Deactivate button
