The Matrix Template tab allows you to view and manage 'My Matrices' and 'Predefined Matrices' within the system. This section provides users with the ability to perform the following actions:
- View User defined Matrices
- Edit User defined Matrices
- Add a new User defined Matrix
- Delete User defined Matrices
- View Predefined Matrices
View Matrices
This page provides users with the ability to view, delete and edit Competition Matrices associated with the County\Province in question.
The Records Per Page drop down control can be updated to adjust the number of Competitions listed within the Archived Competitions table.
A filter option enables the user to toggle between the list of User defined and System defined Matrices.

The following details are displayed for each Matrix:
- Type
- User Defined (My Matrices)
- System (Predefined Matrices)
- Name
- Number of Teams
Edit a User Defined Matrix
To edit a User Defined Matrix perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Matrix Template page.
2. Select My Matrices from the drop down filter list.
3. Click the name of the Matrix you wish to edit.
4. The Edit Matrix Template page will be displayed.

5. Perform the update and click the Finish button to save the changes.
Add a new User Defined Matrix
To add a new Matrix -
- Select 'My Matrices'
- Click 'Add'
- Provide information for -
- Name*
- Number of Teams*
- After providing a value for 'Number of Teams' the matrix template will appear, you can provide values for the teams in each round (see Figure 3)
- Click 'Finish', this Matrix will now be added to the table.

Delete Matrices
To delete a Matrix perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Matrix Template page
2. Tick the checkbox for the matrix you want to delete
3. Click the Delete button
4. The matrix will be marked as deleted and when the table is refreshed will no longer appear in the table
View Predefined Matrices
To view system (predefined) matrices perform the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Matrix Template page
2. Select Predefined Matrices from the drop down in the search area
3. The table will be repopulated with System (predefined) Matrices
