The Availability Request can be set up during the Fixture Creation in the Competition Wizard. You can choose the number of days an availability request will be sent to the match official prior to the fixture. See 'Send Availability Request how many days before fixture?'
Officials associated to the Fixture will receive an SMS to their registered number stored in the GAA System . The position this person has in the fixture will be stated in the SMS. The official has to reply back 'Y' or 'N'. A PDF detailing this process has been created which may be distributed to Match Officials which can be viewed here (green).

Score Request Format
- The referee will receive an SMS in the above format. As this is an automated system and score updates the system and referring websites automatically.
- The referee must reply back in the correct format and only scores in the correct format will be accepted
- e.g. The referee will reply 'H 0-13 A 2-10'. SMS received in any other format will not be registered and the referee will receive a text indicating that the format was wrong and to try again.
