The following section provides the Competition Administrator and Club Administrator users with the ability to generate the following reports:
- Competition Report
- Conflict Report
- Fixture Change Statistics
- League Report
- Referee Activity Report
- Referee Forms
Competition Reports
To print a report for Competitions, select the -
- Report Type
- Start Date
- End Date
- Level
- Competition Administrator
- Competitions *See Below
- Grade
- Club
Click 'Submit' to create the Report.

When selecting Competition(s) to be included in the Report you can either -
- Click in the Search Bar and a list will appear with all the Competitions to choose from. To select multiple Competitions -
- Search and select one Competition to add it to the search bar.
- Click in the Search bar again, search and select a second Competition to add it to the search bar.
- Do this for as many competitions as need be.
- If you know the name of the Competition click in the Search bar and begin typing the Competition Name. The system will automatically begin searching based on what you are typing and produce a list of matches. If no Competition exists with the name you have typed, you will see 'No Results Found'.

Conflict Reports
A Conflict Report is two or more fixtures within four hours of each other having the same referee, venue or team.
Select the appropriate Conflict Report -
- Venue
- Referee
- Team

Fixture Planner Reports
A Fixture Planner Report will provide information about Fixture Changes such as postponed, date changes and walk overs etc.
Select the -
- Report Type
- Competition Administrator
- County
- Season
- Start Date
- End Date
Click Submit.

League Reports
A League Report will produce League Tables. Select an option for -
- Filter Competitions
- Competition Administrator
- Competitions
If you choose to create a League Report using 'Advanced Options' see below, otherwise click 'Submit'.

When selecting Competition(s) to be included in the Report you can either -

Advanced Options
- Click 'Show'.
- Provide information for the options show in the screenshot below
- Click 'Submit'.
Referee Activity Reports
A Referee Activity Report details all games at which Match Officials (i.e. Referee's, Linesmen, Umpires) have officiated.
It also details the SMS communications for the fixtures at which match officials were asked to officiate, but ultimately did not take part.
Select an option for -
- Report Type
- Season
- Show Summary of SMS Responses
Click Submit to produce the Report.

Referee Forms
Referee Forms are for Referees who have confirmed their availability for a Fixture. Select an option for the -
- Competition Administrator
- Competition
- Start Date
- End Date
Click 'Submit' to produce the form.
