The following article will outline how you can get a refund for an incorrect/duplicate/unwanted membership from your club.
REFUND OF A SINGLE ONLINE PAYMENT
If you are a club member and require a refund for your membership/registration then you will need to contact your club directly to request this. Your club will be able to refund the payment from their Foireann-linked Stripe account by following the steps outlined HERE
REFUND / CANCELLATION OF INSTALMENT SUBSCRIPTION
If you require a refund and cancellation for an instalment subscription, you need to contact your club to request this.
A representative of the club must then contact Foireann Support via an official GAA/LGFA/Camogie/Handball email address or as long as they are an administrator on Foireann for that unit, they can contact us via the contact us form.
When requesting an instalment cancellation and refund on behalf of a member, the representative must supply the following information:
- The name of the member(s) involved in the membership
- If possible, provide the receipt number of the payment
- If refunds are required - how much is to be refunded.
