Overview
The "Account Disabled" message when trying to log in to your Foireann account indicates that your account was involved in a deduplication process carried out by administrators to streamline and clean up the member list of your club. This process involves merging multiple accounts associated with your profile into one, ensuring that only one account remains with a single username. If you've received this message, it's likely that the username you're attempting to use is no longer enabled. To regain access to your Foireann account, you'll need to log in using the remaining username linked to the merged account. This guide provides instructions on how to resolve this situation, both for members and administrators.

Resolving "Account Disabled" as a member or parent/guardian on Foireann
Contact your club administrator and ask them to follow the steps outlined in the club admin paragraph below to provide you with the username which is still active for your account.
You may need to use the 'Forgotten Password' feature on the login screen to get a reset password link to your email for the remaining username, see Logging into Foireann for more information on this.
Resolving "Account Disabled" as a club admin on Foireann
As outlined above, the cause of this error was the merging of accounts for the member in question. When merging records, there is a field called 'Account Status' which states the username of a member if they have an account linked to that record, it will also state the last time that username was used to log into the system. This means that if you come across a member who has two records and both have usernames, you can see which one was most recently used and is likely the one the member is using. If you make sure to keep that one as the primary record, you shouldn't run into any issues.
If you have merged accounts for members, and the member is logging into Foireann and receiving the "Account Disabled" message, then this means that the username they are trying to log in with is no longer active and thus they need to use the username which was linked to the primary account to access the system.
To find out their username, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Navigate to the 'Membership' section on the left side of the screen
2. Search for the member of your club, and click on their name to access their profile
3. You will now be able to view and edit the profile details of that member. The account username will be in the username field.
If a member does not have a username return to the members list in the 'Membership' section and check the status under the first icon, which indicates if a member has a Foireann account (username and password) or not.
The red X means the member does not have a Foireann account
The amber ? means the member has been invited to create a Foireann account and received an email with a username and temporary password, but they have not logged into that account to activate it
The green tick means the member has a Foireann account, a username and password
