Overview
The following article will demonstrate how to assign roles to executive committees.
You require Club Admin Access to create an executive committee, assign committee positions, add extra positions, and view executive committee history.

Access Executive Committee
Go to 'Administration' on the left panel
Click on 'Edit Executive Committee
Assign Committee Positions
When you click 'Edit Executive Committee', you will be brought to the Positions tab, where you can see the available positions on the committee. Using the 'Assign' button on the right, you can assign a club member to a committee position.
- The red triangle is an indicator that this is a required position as part of Association rules, for example, chairperson.
- The blue circle means that this position is not required but is recommended, for example, Assistant Secretary.
This is an example of assigning a chairperson. Click the 'Assign' button on the right side.
Once you click 'Assign', a pop-up box will appear showing the committee position you have selected. Use the drop-down by clicking on the 'Select or Search' to see a list of your members, where you can assign the role of chairperson.
Unassign Committee Positions
After assigning a member to the committee position selected, you can 'Unassign' someone. To do this, click the 'Unassign' button on the right.
A confirmation pop-up will appear where you can confirm or cancel unassigning someone from a position.
When you click confirm and scroll to the bottom of the committee positions, a new table, Unassigned Committee Members, will appear. Here you can see who has been unassigned from the committee.
Reassign Committee Positions
You also have the option to 'Reassign' a position to someone else.
Once you hit 'Reassign', this pop-up will appear, where you can use the drop-down arrow to select a New Assignee

Extra Committee Positions
You also have the option to create new committee positions using the 'Assign New Position' button in the top left of the screen.
When you click the button, you can select extra committee positions to add to your executive committee or create a custom position. Once the position is completed, use the New Assignee drop-down to scroll through the list of members to assign the extra position to.
Another option is to assign a member to the executive committee with no position. To do this, select the checkbox and assign the member below.
When you assign a member to the committee with no position, they appear at the bottom of the screen under Unassigned committee members.
