Coaching Qualifications & Safeguarding Certificates

Overview

Coaching Qualifications and Safeguarding Certificates are still obtained via the Learning Management System (https://learning.gaa.ie/) however now, the certificates & qualifications are now being synced with a member's Foireann account therefore both the member and club admin should be able to see a member's qualifications & vetting via Foireann. 

NOTE: Due to the nature of the sync, some qualifications & vetting may not have been successfully transferred to a member's Foireann account and this can be due to one of the following reasons:

- They do not have a Foireann account set up.

- The information in their Foireann account doesn't match what is listed in the Learning Management System.

If their information has not been successfully moved over, please do not worry, this should still be accessible via the Learning Management System which just means their information is in two different spots for now.

Exporting members' qualifications & vetting status

Club admins can run a report on Foireann which will contain the details of all registered members who require special certifications i.e. Safeguarding, Vetting, and Coaching Qualifications. The report will also highlight if they are compliant or not, as well as any status they have for the Qualifications. 

To access this report, please navigate to the Administration section, click on the Reports tab and click the 'Export as CSV' beside the Members Certification Report.
