How do I request our Club details to be edited for us?

Some of the information held on Foireann about the Club can’t be edited by the Club Admin and instead, needs to be edited by the Foireann Help Desk.

Information that a Club can’t edit directly includes:

• Club Name

• Full English Name

• Full Irish Name

• Club Email Address

• Children’s Officer Email Addresses

• Secretary Email Addresses

To change any of the details listed above, you can use the “raise a support request” link embedded in the Club Details page…

Rather than have to raise a request via the Contact Form within the Foireann Help Portal, we’ve made it really easy for you to ask us to make changes to your Club Details. The most important thing to remember when asking to make such changes is the clarity and accuracy of the change request.

If you submit this request exactly as you would ask it, it will make it easier for us to understand exactly what it is you are requesting. The examples below should a bad example of us being asked to change the Club name as well as a good example of the same request:
