Adding Players to team sheet.

Hi I'm trying to add Youth players to a U13 teamsheet but the members names are not appearing on the "add player" sheet, even after all filters are removed. They 2 players are registered and verified. What am I missing? Can anyone help?

  Which filters are you removing Tracy, is it the age filters in the upper left of the add player screen? I've just tried it there for my own club, and when I remove those, I can see all members of the club, regardless of their age

  Yeah I've removed all filters, including gender just encase. Having no problem with other members just these 2. Thanks
