Pay Club Fees Greyed out, The Club Levy and the Public Liability fee Grayed out and not available

Good Morning 

I followed the instructions sent by email to pay our club fees and went to membership > Fee Actions > Pay LGFA Fees

As in the screen shot attached to the email, but the Pay LGFA Fees is greyed out and unavailable.

I am an admin with all permissions. 

Help Please

  Hi Tomas,

  I have ckecked this out on my system here and the greyed out fees become black when you select a member that has paid their 2024 membership for LGFA - select your member/members and then go to Fee Actions, then select pay LGFA fees - this will open up another page with fee details of €300 to be paid PRIOR to registering your member/members.
