Camogie Public Liability Fees

There is no "Fee Action" box appearing on my membership page. I am a club administrator and am trying to pay the Camogie Association Public Liability fee. Even when I tick the checkbox beside a member's name that I want to register no Fee Action box appears.

  When I register a LGFA or Camogie member, player or non-player, they are appearing with green tag showing as fee paid straight away

  Not sure If I can register anyone else in case there is an issue with fees
