    Check the members medical information and communication consents, they are the usual culprits for this issue.

    All those are selected, I can't see anything missing at all. It shows as incomplete when viewing as part of a "Family" they are a member of.

    Hi Enda,

    I delete the member from the family and then I add them again and the profile incomplete button disappears.
