Adding a registrar

We want to adding a second club registrar for training purposes as he is taking over the role next year. What privileges do we need to give this member so he can see all teams?

  From experience in my club:
  
  If he has "Club Admin", he can see all the teams (and then he can give himself other privileges too - which as a practical matter he may need as very often the registrar becomes to the "goto" person within the club for help on all things Foireann).
