SEPA_DEBIT Capability

Hi all,

Has anyone ever encountered this error when trying to pay the Player Injury Fund.  The message I'm getting is "The SEPA_DEBIT capability is not currently available on this account.  Your account needs SEPA_DEBIT to be available to complete this action"
