Club Admin Request

Hi all, 

I wanted to ask if any clubs had a similar problem. 

I have started a new club in Europe and am registered with Gaelic Games Europe. I submited the request from my club email in July, got a submission receipt that my request is pending. 

I am still waiting, I contacted the support a week ago and no reply as of yet. We need to get membership payments online asap. Any advice ?
