Stripe- Adding a new card

Our club has recently added a new card but when I want to add this card on to stripe to the top up part it is not sending a message to the banking app in order to gain approval. With having to pay camogie fees via stripe..is there anyway to contact stripe directly as I have been searching articles and I have emailed help where no response is given. I have been waiting a few weeks. We also need a previous committee member to be fully removed from stripe even though we have done this it is still sending them the requests.
