Players showing as paid when they're not
This has been logged with Foireann support numerous times but I've received no response, so logging it here to see if other clubs are experiencing the same issue.
We are a Hurling and Camogie club, and a lot of our members play Gaelic football with different clubs. When we look at our Hurling Teams on Foireann, and even when we print Teamsheets, we see members marked as paid even though they have not paid membership with our club but with a football club (or in some cases, handball clubs). Only if we hover over the membership icon on each player listed can we see which club the membership pertains to.
I've raised this numerous times but have received no response, and it's a serious issue when Team administrators rely on printed Team sheets to see who's membership is due. I also feel it is a GDPR issue as we can see which members have paid membership to different clubs.

Hi Richard.
This is also an issue in our football-only club, and I also raised it as an issue. I haven't been given a reason why it is the way it is, but I believe I have figured out why.I expect the reason Foireann do this is that Foireann does not have information about players registered in one GAA club, but playing on permission with another GAA club. Indeed we have one such player. Also, wrt GDPR, our club has a compelling insurance, liability, and injury scheme need-to-know that that player playing on permission with us is registered as a player, and that that registration is with his home club - so we need to know what club he is registered with.
I don't think there's a solution that is easy for Foireann to completely solve, not until the playing-on-permission is made part of Foireann, and I suspect that's a lot of work.
A good-enough solution would be that there would be some kind of symbol such as an asterisk or whatever on the teamsheet by the name of such a player, with a footnote explaining that the person is registered with another GAA club/unit but not registered with this GAA club/unit. This would almost completely solve the problem for coaches as teams with a player playing on permission would be a tiny minority, and in those cases the team mentors should know that they have such a player.
Whether there are cases where my suggestion above would not be practical, I don't know. But it would be very helpful to the large number of clubs such as your's and mine if, whilst recognizing that there are a large number of asks on Foireann's to-do list, some good-enough practical solution could be implemented.
