Create Group for Referee's

I want to Create Group for Referee's, so I can track their yearly membership status with Longford LGFA

Can you advise me how I can do this, as i have failed to be able to add some members into a group I have created so far name : Referee's LLGFA Distribution list

  Hello Mary, do all of your referees have membership of an LGFA Club - this may be why they are not showing up on your list?
