Scroll bars disappear on Member Edit after doing Merge

Not sure if this is what the Forum is intended for

I am using Chrome for registering members and I've found that when I'm trying to update member details after I have completed a merge there are no scroll bars on the screen to allow me to scroll to the bottom of the page  

Anyone else having this issue?
