Coach registration

Just wondering do clubs create a separate group for the registration of coaches/mentors, are coaches covered under the player injury should an accident occur while training ?

  For GAA clubs, your question wrt coverage is answered in what the GAA publishes (at time of writing this comment) at https://www.gaa.ie/api/pdfs/image/upload/ng0w4sthebgbdtji9rdz.pdf.  Read page numbered 2 in particular.

  Our GAA club does not create a separate group for the registration of coaches/mentors, but as registrar I certainly nag coaches/mentors to register - with their coverage under the injury fund uppermost in mind.  Coaches/mentors do get injured.
  
  For LGFA and Camogie, I don't know.

  Thanks for response do you get your mentors to register as a non player ?

  It depends Grainne.  Some of our mentors would be players (for the most part mentors of another team) - they would register as players.  Non-player mentors on the other hand would register as non-players.
