Error - Family Profile
Hi,
I am moving a member who is in under child to additional people, after confirming I don't get any box to fill in the young member's email - has anyone else had this problem/error? Any quick solution, please?

Hi Maria.
I'm just a club admin. However I succeeded in doing this move with one of my own children this year. I can't recall the procedure for sure, but I think that after moving them you might be able to edit their profile to change their email address at that point. I am not sure - but perhaps you could try that?0 -

Thanks for reply. I have completed this with several family members and it has always worked. Child is added and when they reach 18 years they can manage their own account - so when parent is updating the family profile, they can move the adult child to the additional people section - on doing this a box appears for parent to type in the adult child's own email....the parent is not getting the box for the email so I am thinking it is a technical hitch on the system.

That's actually what I thought too Maria, so yes likely a technical hitch as you say - best to submit a request to get it fixed.
