Payment Due (Red logo) during registration
Hi all,
We have quite a few members in our club whose 2023 logo is showing as red, with the words "payment due". This happened last year too. I'm wondering if anyone has understood why this is happening to some payments, as I feel it would be more useful for me to suggest parents do something differently than just to try again with the payment. i.e. is it happening with a particular payment provider etc.

I'm having the same issue with my own registration, message says payment due but receipt is visible

This just means that the payment failed. I find it happens for a couple of reasons;
- there is an issue with the transaction, try a different method or card. This is very frustrating and members really lose patience quickly when it happens.
- there is an issue with the account e.g someone is trying to register an adult as a child.
To resolve it, you have to option to register them and take cash payment. I have made the payments for members and got them to Revolut me the money.
