Notification email to Registrar when Camogie Fees Due for new member registration
Hi,
I'm registrar for a Camogie club and I need to login on a regular basis and filter members for "fees due". This can result in a delay in memberships being completed (due to the manual step required in paying fees to Camogie Association).
It would be great if Foireann could send me a notification email when a new user signs up to the club and has "fees due" for their membership to complete.
I hope this is clear and relatively simple to implement. If there's any further information required, or any suggestions on how this can be handled with the existing system, please let me know.
Thanks,
Damian

I suggest a lower-ambition first, i.e. that a user with admin privileges be able to access a log of all changes in respect of profiles associated with the club (each change timestamped) since a specified date.
As well as showing the "fees due" case, I would then enable an admin to spot, for example, that a youth player's medical information has changed - and the admin could alert the relevant team mentors to this new information. As an admin, I would have to proactively login regularly monitor the log of changes, but I'm fine with that - at least I have the information.Of course the next step would then to make it even more convenient for users such as Damian and Noreen (and no doubt many many others) to allow an admin user to subscribe to notifications of such changes (including the specific case of "fees due") - where such notification would be delivered via email (or if that were considered too insecure then via the Foireann app - which after all already has notifications for messages and events).
