Identifying Failed Payments
How do you identify failed payments - is there a report available in Foireann or Stripe that can give me that information?
I know that we do have failed membership payments as I have received an email but I'd like to be able to track any other payments that have failed.

Hello Belinda, you can find this in Foireann. After you login, go to the Membership list, and look for the little downward arrow underneath "Bulk Actions" on the upper right - clicking that little arrow will bring up the Filter Table options - look for Membership Status, and choose the option that suits , which would likely be "In Progress" or "Fees Due" - this will show you the members that have an outstanding payment, or payments that failed on Stripe

Thanks Ciaran. Is it possible to download the report as I don't see this option after following your instructions?

Yes, you can - once you've applied the filters, close the filter selection box and then choose "Bulk Actions"->"Export Filtered Members" - this allows you do download the CSV file with the list, that you can open in Excel
