Overview

Transfer applications can be made online through the Player Transfer tab in a member’s profile on Foireann.

Benefits of using the new system include:

• Players can now begin the transfer process themselves

• Quicker processing of applications

• Less chance of incorrect information being submitted

• Ability to check the status of applications

• Easy access to transfer history

• Less administration work

Different Application Types

Depending on the Association, there are several different Transfers, Sanctions and Permits that a player can apply for.

NOTE: If you are unsure which application to select, please contact your Club and/or County to discuss. 

We have provided a brief overview of Camogie Applications below. It’s worth noting that depending on the Association and Application Type, the application process may vary slightly.

The table below outlines the different transfer types which are available within the Camogie Association.

CC6 Sanction	Players going abroad for 6 Months to anywhere	Irish & British clubs	Temporary

CC3 Declaration	Declaring for an adopted county	All counties worldwide	Permanent
