How to Invite a Member
If a member of a club has been registering within the club but now wishes to gain access to the Foireann account that the club made for them, the Club Administrator can invite that member.
- If a member has a red X on their member profile within the member table, this means that the account isn't active (no username and password), and if there is an email linked to the account, this means that they can be invited to gain access to this account.
- If you click on the box beside the member's name till there is a blue tick, and click on 'Members Actions' and 'Invite', the member will receive an email with a Username and Temporary Password prompting them to log in.
- You will know what members have been invited by the orange Question mark (?) on their profile
- When the member logs in with the details that they received, you will then see a Green Tick beside their profile
Creating a Foireann Account
If the member wishes to create their own Foireann account, they can do so by following the Help Centre Article, Setting up a Foireann account
Once they have their account set up, a club admin can merge the accounts by following the Help Centre Article How to manually identify and merge duplicate member records
