Overview
This article will explain how you can upload documents to support an injury notification. Please note, this is only available to members of the GAA association.
Please note, this only applies to GAA clubs, counties and independent teams in Ireland.

Prerequisites
- The injury notification must be submitted on Foireann
- The injury notification must be processed by Allianz
- The injury notification must be in an 'approved' status
Uploading Documents for Injury Notification Claim
Navigate to the Foireann system and click on 'Profile'
Click on 'Player Actions' - formerly 'Player Transfers'.
Under the Injury Fund Notification section, open the dropdown, and any injury notifications which you have created will be listed.
For the Injury Notification you want to upload documents to, click View

💡Note: The injury notification must have the status 'approved' for the option to add documents. |
There will be a new section called 'Claim Reference' that will outline the claim reference number and a link to the claim portal.
The claim reference number and claim portal link are unique to the individual's injury notification. Using the link, you can upload the relevant documentation you need to support your claim.

💡Note: This portal is managed by Allianz, therefore, if you are having issues uploading the documents, you will need to contact Allianz and not Foireann Support. |
