Overview
1-Click and Guided Registration are the two methods by which a Club Admin can manually register an individual Member, a Family, or a group of unrelated Members.

1-Click Registration
'1-Click Registration' (formerly known as Bulk Registration) is what you use to register one or more people, all to the exact same Membership Option. It's the fastest, but least customisable, way for an Admin to register Members manually.
To access the '1-Click Registration' feature, select the Member you wish to register and, again, from the Member Actions menu, select 'Register' and then click on the '1-Click Registration' tab.
Only Membership Options that are suitable for Bulk Registration will be displayed under the 1-Click registration tab.
Once you have selected the Membership Option you want to use to register your selected Member(s), simply click on the 'Register' button to complete their registration.
You should now see a new Membership Chip against anyone you selected in Step 1. Any Member who has now been fully registered will have a green Chip; anyone who has Association fees and/or approval still pending will have a yellow Chip.
Guided Registration
The "Guided Registration' option is a more flexible way to manually register a Member. It can only be used for one Member at a time but it offers Admins more choices when it comes to manually registering a Member.
To access the 'Guided Registration feature, select the Member you wish to register and, again, from the Member Actions menu, select 'Register' and then click on the 'Guided Registration' tab.
With the Guide Registration tab, you will see all Membership Options that are currently active for the Club. This means that even Options that aren't suitable for Bulk Registration or set to be only visible to Club Admins will be displayed here.
The first thing you need to do then, after selecting the Member you want to register, is select the Membership Option you want to use to register them and click 'Register'.
Next, you will follow the exact same process you would if you were registering yourself or someone in your Family, the only difference being you are registering the Member you selected from your Members list.
First, you confirm the Member that you are registering by selecting their name from the dropdown that will include anyone in their Family on Foireann.
If needed, you can access the Members' profile in order to make any updates to it or amend any errors.
Once happy with the information being submitted as part of the Registration process, check the box to declare, on behalf of the Member, that they have read the Code of Conduct, and then click 'Continue'.
| Note: When registering anyone manually, it's important that you are submitting information relating to that Member that you know to be accurate. The best way to ensure this is to have the Member complete a paper-based Membership Form, as prescribed in rule. |
After all the Members' details have been confirmed, you will be brought to the payment options. It's at this point that you will mark the Member as paid, completing their registration.
Guided Registration | Families
Guided Registration will be particularly useful for manually registering families or members of a family.
To do this, select any Member that is included within the Family on Foireann. You can use the family indicator on the Members list to help here.
Once you have selected the member of the Family you want to register, follow the same steps as before to access the Guided Registration options and select your preferred Membership Option.
The configuration of the Membership Option you select will dictate who from the Family can be registered and in what way.
In the example shown, the Family Membership Option offers registration for up to two adults and two youths, for either GAA or LGFA Players or Non-Players.
By using Guided Registration and a Membership Option like this one, Club Admins can quickly and easily, confirm the details of everyone in a family, mark them as paid and complete their registration, regardless of age, playing status and Association.
Guided Registration | Paying Online
Guided Registration doesn't just have to be for offline payments. Providing the Membership Option being used allows for online payments, you can use Guided Registration to confirm people's details on their behalf and then have them manually enter their card information in the payment window, particularly useful for things like Registration Days.
Again, the same initial steps are taken to access the Guided Registration options:
Select the Member
Click on 'Register' in the Member Actions menu
Select your preferred Membership Option
Confirm the Members' details
If the Membership Option is set up to be payable online, you will be presented with the option to 'Pay With Card' on the payment options page.
Clicking on 'Pay Now' will open the payment window allowing you to have the Member enter their card details and complete payment.
